“Why I’m Awesome” Video Recording
When applying to Bluroot, we will ask you to record a video of “Why I’m Awesome”. This is designed to push your comfort level, and show why you belong on the team!

Case Interview
This case will directly test the problem-solving and critical thinking required for the job (no prior knowledge needed). This will be with your manager.

Final Interview
This interview will be a chance to review your performance on the case, as well as have a conversation on how you’ll fit on the Bluroot team. This will be with one of Bluroot’s founders.

Offer!
